HARD METAL COATING
Hard Metal Coating can be applied to a wide range of metals. Any ferrous and most non-ferrous metals are suitable for chrome plating and with little risk of delamination and flaking during use. It can be used for complex and irregular geometries.
HARD FACING
Hardfacing is a metalworking process where harder or tougher material is applied to a base metal. It is welded to the base material, and generally takes the form of specialized electrodes for arc welding for oxyacetylene and gas tungsten arc welding welding.
PLASMA TRANSFER
Plasma Transferred Arc, is a melting welding process for hardfacing on mechanical workpieces subject to wear and corrosion with superalloy powders. The advantages of this process are a low dilution rate, a small heat-affected zone and a high deposition rate.
FABRICATION
